More than 25 years of combining experience, technology, and precision to support industry professionals.

ACL GeoScan LLC is a recently incorporated Texas company founded by Alexis Cardona López. However, its roots go back to ACL Services, a company established in Puerto Rico more than 15 years ago to provide technical support to architects, engineers, licensed land surveyors, landscape professionals, contractors, and others involved in land development and construction.

Alexis Cardona López, a native of San Sebastián, Puerto Rico, began his professional career in 1999 after graduating, working alongside recognized architect and university professor Wilfredo Irizarry. This early experience helped him build a strong foundation in architecture, technical drafting, and the preparation of professional documents.

He later had the opportunity to join a land surveying office, collaborating with licensed land surveyor Julio C. Soto, CSP, and Luis Berríos Montes y Asociados. At that time, GPS technology was beginning to expand within Puerto Rico’s geospatial industry. That early exposure to new technology sparked a strong passion for innovation and a lasting commitment to continued education.

For more than 25 years, Alexis has continued developing his skills by combining knowledge from architecture, engineering, land surveying, mapping, and geospatial technology. This multidisciplinary background has allowed him to produce clear, accurate, and practical information tailored to the real needs of each professional and project.

The quality of his deliverables, reliability, and dedication have been essential in building a strong professional reputation. More than two decades later, he continues collaborating with many of the professionals and companies that were part of his early career. Former employers have become trusted partners who continue to rely on his technical experience and capabilities.

Today, ACL GeoScan LLC represents the evolution of that professional journey, incorporating technologies such as aerial LiDAR, drone mapping, photogrammetry, GNSS, terrestrial laser scanning, point cloud processing, and CAD data extraction to support architects, engineers, contractors, and licensed land surveying professionals.
